About Me

Hi, I’m Sarah — Doula, Birth Advocate, and Reformed People-Pleaser in a Hospital Gown.

I didn’t become a doula because birth was beautiful for me.
I became a doula because it wasn’t — at least not the first time.

My first birth lasted 55 hours. I pushed for 5. It was full of wires, bright lights, and decisions made for me — not with me. I didn’t get the golden hour. I didn’t even hold my baby first. And I left that experience feeling like birth had just happened to me.

But then my doula walked in. And everything changed.
She didn’t rescue me. She reminded me that I wasn’t broken — just overwhelmed.
That I had options. That my voice mattered. That this didn’t have to be the end of the story.

And it wasn’t.

Because then came birth number two — and she was different.
I labored at home, got to the hospital just in time, pushed for 15 minutes, and walked out feeling like I’d just popped into Target, not birthed a whole baby. No trauma. No tearing. Just trust, calm, and support.

That’s the kind of birth I want for you.
Not perfect — but peaceful.
Not predictable — but yours.

I work with women who feel like they missed their chance.
Who’ve been told “this is just how it goes.”
Who want to feel in it — not lost in it.

If you’re looking for someone who brings clarity, calm, a little comedy, and maybe a granola bar or two — I’m your doula.

Because Fear to Fierce isn’t just a brand.
It’s a path I’ve walked myself.
And I’d be honored to walk it with you.

My Approach: Real Talk. Fierce Support.

I’m not here to tell you how to birth — I’m here to help you feel like the powerhouse you already are.

Whether you’re feeling a little anxious, hoping for a healing experience after a tough birth, or just need someone to remind you you’re doing amazing even while in mesh underwear — I got you.

We’ll prep together, talk through your options (the real ones), laugh when it gets weird, and build a plan that actually feels like you.

No pressure. No one-size-fits-all approach. Just bold, informed choices — and a doula who’s in your corner the whole way.
